What You’ll Do:
  • Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
  • Provide compassionate support in daily routines
  • Follow individualized care plans to enhance residents’ quality of life
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior
  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities
  • Uphold dignity and ensure safety, comfort, and respect at all times

What You’ll Need:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Active CNA certification in Colorado
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
  • Long-term care experience a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Open to students and recent graduates
