Must have at least 1 year of proven experience working as a CNA. Must have a current NYS Nurse Aide Certification.

A Day in the Life: Your Role and Responsibilities: As a vital member of our round-the-clock caregiving team, you will work to support our residents with a person-centered approach, always placing their needs and dignity first. Your typical duties will include:
  • Providing Personal Care: Assisting residents respectfully with showering, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Supporting Daily Activities: Aiding residents in transfers, assisting them to the dining room or planned activities, and answering resident calls and requests.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Observing residents for any changes or concerns and keeping detailed notes on the care provided to ensure a seamless shift change.
  • Maintaining a Comfortable Environment: Changing linens, making beds, and ensuring resident rooms are tidy.
  • Fostering Connection: Encouraging residents to stay engaged and connected with life by participating in activities or socializing with friends.
