Home Instead Senior Care Massillon has immediate openings in Baltic!

We’re looking for a dependable, experienced caregiver who has worked closely with clients living with memory loss and understands how to provide steady, reassuring support each day.

Pay Range: $15.00–$16.00/hr

Most new CarePros start at $15.00–$15.50/hour. You may earn up to $17/hour when working with VA clients (rate varies based on authorized hours) or when working weekend shifts (which include a $2/hr weekend differential).

Shifts:

  • 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • 20 hours per week

Requirements:

  • Dementia care experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Personal, reliable vehicle with auto insurance
  • Ability to lift or transfer 25+ lbs
  • US work authorization
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate care and support to clients in home and community settings.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Monitor and document patient observations, ensuring any changes in condition are reported.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to optimize patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain a valid driver's license for transportation needs.
