Position: Care Team Supervisor
Location: Westford, MA and willingness to travel around Middlesex County, MA area as needed
Pay range: $23 - $26/hr dependent on experience and qualifications

Senior Helpers of Westford is growing, and we are seeking a Care Team Supervisor to support, coach, and retain our caregiver workforce while ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.

Schedule: 40 hrs/week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm OR 8am to 4pm
What You’ll Do:
Lead & Develop Caregivers
  • Conduct quality assurance visits in client homes
  • Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback
  • Support training, skills refreshers, and competency checks
  • Ensure policies, care plans, and documentation standards are upheld
Support Operations & Coverage
  • Review visit notes, clock-ins/outs, and daily logs
  • Address call-outs, attendance concerns, and assignment refusals
  • Collaborate closely with Scheduling team to maintain proper coverage of client's shifts
  • Step in for short-term shift coverage when necessary
Strengthen Engagement & Retention
  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and appreciation
Hiring & Onboarding
  • Assist in interviewing and selecting caregiver candidates
  • Ensure proper onboarding, orientation, and training completion
Client & Caregiver Support
  • Conduct in-home supervisory visits to ensure satisfaction and proper care delivery
  • Address caregiver concerns and performance barriers

What you need:
  • CNA or HHA with 5+ years of experience
  • 2+ years experience supervising or managing employees (home care or healthcare preferred)
  • Strong conflict resolution and coaching skills
  • Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable conducting in-home visits throughout our territory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable working in homes with pets and/or smoking environments
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and employee information

  • Some after hours and weekend support is required
