Job Overview The Trial Engagement Role, will play a pivotal role in expanding our site network's clinical trial portfolio by leveraging existing sponsor and CRO relationships and forging new partnerships. This position is critical for identifying and securing new clinical trial opportunities, ensuring a steady influx of relevant studies for our network. We are looking for individuals who enjoy prospecting, building relationships, and managing the study process to make a tangible impact on clinical research. This is a high volume, phone call-centric position. Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation: Identify and generate outbound lead opportunities with pharmaceutical and CRO companies. • Lead Management: Nurture study leads through prospecting workflows and convert them into opportunities. • Partner Communication: Conduct discovery calls, ask targeted questions, and gather trial requirements. • Sales Cycle Management: Move leads through the clinical trial business development process effectively. • Handoff to Feasibility Engagement: Transfer qualified leads to the Feasibility Engagement team with complete documentation. • Performance Targets: Meet personal and team business development goals and maintain accurate Salesforce records. • CRM Management: Ensure all interactions and data are accurately logged in Salesforce. Qualifications • Education: Undergraduate degree required. • Experience: • 1–2 years of clinical research experience. • 1–2 years of sales or client-facing experience. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred). KPIs for Success • Lead Generation & Conversion Rate: Number of new leads and conversion percentage. • Sales Cycle Progression: Average time for leads to move through each stage. • Lead Handoff Efficiency: Timeliness and completeness of handoffs to Feasibility Engagement. • CRM Data Accuracy: Percentage of interactions logged and data completeness. • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) • Training & Development Apply tot his job
