To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Developer to expand our presence in the UK. You will be the key link between prado and our high-profile clientele, including architects, interior designers, developers, and luxury brands. Your expertise in sales and relationship management will drive business growth and ensure an impeccable customer experience from first contact to project completion.
what you will do
    Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to strengthen prado’s presence in the UK market, with focus on the London region.
    Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and developers to expand our client network.
    Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to project completion.
    Provide expert guidance on products, pricing, and project requirements.
    Work closely with project management, logistics, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
    Represent prado at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance market visibility.
what we are looking for
    Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in business development, sales or client acquisition in the interior design, architecture, lighting or related building materials industry.
    Strong existing network with interior designers, architects or design specifiers in the London region is highly beneficial.
    Passionate about translating technological excellence into compelling client experiences.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience presenting to architects, designers, and developers.
    Comfortable managing administrative tasks with precision and positive energy.
    Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver results in a target‑driven environment.
    Fluent in English.
