What the Job Is: Our Business Coaches and Consultants work with small to mid-sized business owners to help them increase their companies' profit, efficiency, and value. Our consultants engage with new leads, convert them to clients, and work with those clients in 1:1 sessions based on our proprietary method and system. We have a full training and certification program and provide house leads and an automation/nurture system designed to increase your efficiency. Day to Day responsibilities include: • Meeting with potential Exit Factor members. • Conducting 1:1 consulting sessions with clients following the Exit Factor system. • Providing additional resources in our online curriculum to enhance sessions. • Participating in initial training and certification and continuing education. Our ideal candidate: • Preferred related experience: personal exit or sale experience, previous business consulting/coaching, and related exit strategy or M&A experience • Computer proficiency is required, including conducting Zoom presentation meetings. • Some experience in a customer-facing role or a love for customer interaction. • Exceptional verbal and written communication with particularly strong phone skills. • Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and business. • Entrepreneurial mindset: a proactive, driven, strong desire to succeed, competitive, committed to accomplishing objectives, opportunistic. • Time management and organizational skills. • Knowledge of the following technology systems or ability to figure it out: Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Zoom.
