Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Product Managers and SMEs to understand and translate business requirements into actionable outputs. Assist in creating workplans and project documentation based on business needs.
  • Elicit, analyze and document business, stakeholder, and software requirements for technology capabilities.
  • Playback, clarify, and follow up on requirements with stakeholders and relay them to the core team.
  • Must be able to communicate requirements effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prepare structured documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Support the development and review of project documentation and reports.
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Plan and manage the business analysis approach for the project and ensure the consistent application of the BA process and related methodologies to deliver artifacts.
  • Provide guidance on utilization of effective Business Analysis techniques, template usage and development, and technical subject matter.
  • Maintain and encourage compliance with project specific standards, processes, and tools for Requirements Definition and Management while ensuring traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
  • Responsible for tracing the requirements during implementation to ensure that the developed system is consistent and in scope with the determined system requirements.
Skills/competencies:
  • Strong communications skills. Must be comfortable working in a global environment.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Basic understanding of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel formulas, pivot tables).
  • Knowledge of AI, audits and/or assurance is a plus.
  • Knowledge/experience of audits (ISO, SOC2, internal audits) and/or technology assurance is a plus
  • Experience working for a professional services firm a plus.

Qualifications: The skills, abilities, specific knowledge, education and minimum experience necessary to perform this job.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in business analysis or related role in a complex regulated environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Skillful in requirements elicitation, analysis, and management for medium to large initiatives while interacting with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, proficient at communicating/interacting professionally with diverse groups, clients, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient with industry-standard, structured business analysis techniques, and practices.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, Project, Visio SharePoint, Power Point; preferred exposure to Azure DevOps.
