Position Overview

Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the child's home, school and daycare environment. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
  • Collect data and complete session documentation accurately
  • Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness
  • Teach and reinforce skills during natural routines within the home environment
  • Travel to client homes to deliver services as scheduled

Position Requirements

  • Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Passion for working with young children with behavioral challenges
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
