The AT&T Customer Representative serves as the primary point of contact for every customer. Your objective is to enhance the experience while driving revenue through strategic sales. AT&T Customer Representative Responsibilities:

  • Proactively approach customers in a retail setting as an AT&T Customer Representative to recommend specific AT&T packages.
  • Process new sales and upgrades efficiently, converting casual shoppers into buyers.
  • Upsell existing customers on premium data plans or accessories to maximize total account value.
  • Troubleshoot basic billing or technical inquiries to ensure total client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Attend product knowledge workshops to maintain certification on the latest AT&T products.
  • Adhere to all compliance and privacy standards regarding sensitive customer data.

AT&T Customer Representative Qualifications:
