Job title: Customer Relationship Specialist (Hybrid Remote) Company: Aston Carter Job description: High Level Customer Service Representative for Leading Designer and Manufacturer of Cutting-Edge Mobility Solutions for a variety of OEM markets. Schedule: Core Hours: 8am to 5pm - Monday through Friday 2 days on-site, 3 days remote, after training - onsite training can take up to 1 month to complete Pay: Negotiable $21-24 per hour to start. Opportunity to earn commission after a few months into the job! Their customers are other businesses looking to purchase their product. Would be providing customers their order status, customer phone and email inquiries, order changes, order checking. Need to effectively and efficiently communicate with customers and the sales team regarding opportunities, orders, and other customer inquiries/issues. Job Duties: Communicate with customers concerning prices, special applications, returns, shipping dates, anticipated delays, etc. Call customers when necessary to advise shipments delay and/or information necessary to process orders. Make changes to or cancel orders/backorders and follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates. Initiate orders for replacements parts and/or for correcting errors (shortages, wrong item shipped, etc.) Provide price & delivery estimates to customers, and Maintain customer master file Thank you for your time and consideration!
