They include Human Resources, Learning and Development, Finance, IT, Client and Market and Risk Management. CSS provide direct assistance to other departments within KPMG to increase productivity and enhance customer experiences. While CSS teams might not directly interact with the company customers or stakeholders, they support the teams that do interact with these external constituents and help them to be more performant.</p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>Plays a key role in delivering professional expertise to enhance business processes. Provides<br> technical knowledge, coaching and training to junior team members and may participate in day-to-day management of a team including coaching, providing constructive feedback and Performance<br> Development. Takes lead on projects and manage outputs accordingly.</p><p><strong>Primary Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:</strong></p><p>•  Maintain existing financial control activities, including but not limited to reviewing the trial balance, managing accounts receivable, payables, and financial accounts.<br> •  Participate in the firm's budgeting and forecasting process.<br> •  Handle treasury and cash accounts.<br> •  Participate in the financial audit review of the firm.<br> •  Analyze and monitor Work in Progress reports, flag long outstanding balances, and collaborate with stakeholders to address any provisions.<br> •  Review the firm's expenses and costs to ensure alignment with the budget.<br> •  Verify payroll transactions and calculations.<br> •  Verify payments and perform vigorous controls to ensure alignment with internal controls.<br> •  Comply with our global quality standards and ensure compliance with Risk Management procedures.<br> •  Manage a team of junior accountants.<br> •  Defines deliverables, objectives, constraints, and assumptions throughout the life cycle of<br> all project or program activities.<br> •  Manages a range of resources to deliver exceptional internal client advice and support.<br> •  Applies innovative and creative techniques suggesting and implementing process improvements to processes and procedures related to own area.<br> •  Identifies the most appropriate solution from a range of options providing adequate justification and rationale.<br> •   Develops a deep expertise in area of specialism (examples areas include Quality & Risk Management, Markets, IT Services, People, Finance, Procurement).<br> •  Defines deliverables, objectives, constraints and assumptions throughout the life cycle of<br> all project or program activities.<br> •  Manages a range of resources to deliver exceptional internal client advice and support.<br> •  Applies innovative and creative techniques in suggesting and implementing process.<br> improvements to processes and procedures related to own area.<br> •  Identifies the most appropriate solution from a range of options providing adequate.<br> justification and rationale.<br> •  Develops and maintains effective relationships with client groups.</p><p><strong>Qualification and Experience</strong></p><p>•  Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance<br> •  7 to 12 years of experience in Finance/Accounting preferably with a multinational company/ Big4 or consulting firm.<br> •  Certifications such as CMA, ACA, ACCA, CPA will be an advantage<br> •  Strong project management abilities, including the capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. <br> •  Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic consulting environment. <br> •  Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enabling you to effectively convey complex ideas and results. Arabic language is a plus.</p>
