aytm “ask your target market” is seeking a highly motivated Associate Account Manager to support our high-tech quantitative SaaS research environment and help deliver an exceptional client experience across the full consultative sales cycle process.. This role requires strong organization, technical fluency, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced, client-centric setting.

You will support the international (Europe/Asia) business of a major Global CPG client, working closely with your assigned Senior Account Manager and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. This is a fully remote position that requires discipline, time management skills, flexibility, reliable internet access, and a quiet workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with your assigned Senior Account Manager to manage day-to-day account needs and workflow.
  • Support all stages of the sales pipeline, including client calls, internal coordination, proposal development, delivery, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Provide consultative, technical guidance grounded in a deep understanding of the AYTM platform and prior client work.
  • Coordinate smooth project handoffs to Research Services and/or Client Support teams.
  • Manage DIY client inquiries and provide timely support before, during, and after survey fielding.
  • Participate in strategic discussions focused on account retention, optimization, expansion &  growth.
  • Assist Senior Account Managers in achieving sales targets and driving long-term account success.
  • Prioritize and manage daily tasks using Asana to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Develop expert-level proficiency with the AYTM platform and internal tools.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in quantitative research sales or account management; experience with Fortune 500 or CPG clients strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated success supporting large, complex accounts with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment with proven adaptability.
  • Strong MS Office skills: advanced Excel proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work cross-functionally.
  • Confident yet humble, with a strong commitment to positive team culture and collaboration.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Outlook required).
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and CRM tools; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment; prior remote experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel for occasional in-person meetings.
  • Multi-lingual a plus
