is looking for a full time Assistant to support a busy Talent Manager/Producer in our Beverly Hills office. Ideal candidates have a great work ethic, positive attitude, are detail oriented and love entertainment. Interest in talent representation is a plus. Position will begin immediately, in person, at our Beverly Hills office. This is not a hybrid position.



Responsibilities include but not limited to:



• Coordinating meetings and schedules

• Rolling calls

• Reading scripts

• Client and Manager travel

• Preparing expense reports

• May need to support an additional manager in the future



Qualifications:

• Assistant experience at casting/production office/talent agency/management company

• Knowledge of Industry Edge and Breakdown Express preferred but not required

• Proficient with Outlook, MS Office, Zoom

• Excellent written & communication skills

• Experience writing script coverage

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team and in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to comfortably interact with high profile clients and to use high level of discretion

• A self-starter with the ability to think proactively

• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
