We are seeking a dedicated and organized Property Manager / Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of properties, coordinating with tenants and owners, and supporting day-to-day real estate operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth property management, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the growth of our real estate portfolio.

Position: Property Manager / Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 70,000/month

Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM; full-time (remote)

Holidays: TBD


Responsibilities:

    • Assist with managing property listings and documentation
    • Coordinate with tenants, owners, and vendors
    • Handle inquiries and communications professionally
    • Support scheduling, inspections, and property maintenance follow-ups
    • Maintain accurate records and reports
    • Assist in marketing properties online and managing social media listings

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in property management or real estate, specifically within Australia or New Zealand
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in property management tools, such as Console, PropertyMe, Re-Leased, Rentec, or MRI Software, is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
