AMBASSADORS: Roles and Responsibilities: Engagement: Lead and inspire active participation in your community. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help to the organic growth of Venus Protocol. Mentorship: Stay up-to-date with the latest news and technical advancements within Venus Protocol. Provide guidance and answer user questions, serving as a reliable source of support for your community. Awareness: Share the news and articles from our social media channels. Translate materials as needed to ensure everyone in your community stays informed about our latest developments. Education: Drive the adoption of DeFi using educational resources and materials. Help community members understand Venus Protocol and the broader DeFi ecosystem. Represent Venus Protocol: Serve as the voice of Venus Protocol in your region. Participate and organize local events, workshops and webinars to represent the platform and share our vision. Skills Required: – Deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem and the Venus Protocol. – Strong communication and presentation skills. – Experience in community building and event organization. – Ability to work independently and take initiative. – Fluency in English and local language(s). MODERATORS: Roles and Responsibilities: Community Management: Oversee the day-to-day interactions within the community. Ensure that discussions remain constructive and respectful, and address any issues or conflicts that arise. Support: Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Venus Protocol. Provide prompt and effective solutions to maintain a positive user experience. Content Moderation: Review and manage user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and standards. Remove inappropriate content and enforce rules consistently. Feedback Collection: Gather and relay feedback from the community to the Venus Protocol team. Help identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements based on user experiences. Collaboration: Work closely with other moderators and ambassadors to coordinate activities and ensure a cohesive approach to community management. Participate in regular meetings and contribute to strategy discussions. From time to time, assist with larger events, and after gaining sufficient experience, you may be promoted to the role of Ambassador. Skills Required: – Deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem and the Venus Protocol. – Proven experience in community management or moderation. – Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. – Strong understanding of Venus Protocol and its community guidelines. – Ability to remain impartial and handle sensitive issues professionally. – Proficiency in English and local language(s).
