Job Summary As an Ecommerce Business Development and Account Manager, you will play a critical role in growing our 3P marketplace in the USA. You will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value accounts that bring new products, pricing, and convenience to our customers. Your mission will be to study product selection gaps, execute go-to-market strategies, and attract key marketplace players to join our ecommerce platform. Key Responsibilities Market Analysis and Insights : Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global trends. Monitor competitor efforts and identify opportunities to stay ahead of the competition. Seller Acquisition and Development : Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Seller Enablement and Support : Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business objectives. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve seller issues. Business Growth and Performance : Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, exceed sales objectives, and expand our product selection and customer base. Primary Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's Degree : A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Sales Experience : 1-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in ecommerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. Consultative Sales Skills : Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach. Communication and Presentation Skills : Advanced conversation and presentation skills, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office applications. Analytical and Quantitative Skills : Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. Commercial Judgment : Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication talents. Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates with: Ecommerce Experience : 2+ years of ecommerce experience. Consumer Electronics Experience : 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector. Direct Sales Experience : 3+ years of direct sales experience.
