Presentation & AI-Driven Template Designer (Remote) In This Role In this role, you will design high-quality presentation templates, visual assets, and layout systems that will be used by hundreds of thousands to millions of users globally. You will work in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment where design quality, speed, and adaptability are critical. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support rapidly evolving AI-powered design experiences. This position sits at the intersection of presentation design, digital illustration, and modern AI tooling. You will be expected to produce consistent, scalable templates across multiple visual styles while staying current with emerging design and AI trends. Key Responsibilities • Design and produce high-quality presentation templates and layout systems in PowerPoint and Figma • Create scalable design explorations across multiple styles (minimalist, maximalist, modern, corporate, etc.) • Support rapid experimentation cycles by delivering consistent, high-output design assets • Develop digital illustrations and custom graphics when needed • Leverage Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create polished visual assets • Utilize modern AI tools and image-generation platforms to enhance creative workflows • Translate abstract product concepts into visually compelling presentation experiences • Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance metrics • Ensure templates are visually engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with modern design trends • Maintain strong attention to detail, typography, layout hierarchy, and visual consistency Required Qualifications • 2–4 years of professional design experience, with strong focus on presentation or template creation • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint • Proficiency in Figma • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) • Demonstrated ability to create high-volume, high-quality design outputs • Experience creating scalable design systems or reusable templates • Comfort using modern AI tools and platforms, including image-generation prompting • Strong understanding of current design trends and visual storytelling principles • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Strong time management skills and ability to handle rapid turnaround cycles Preferred Qualifications • Background in digital illustration or graphic design • Unique, recognizable design style (minimalist, bold/maximalist, experimental, etc.) • Experience designing assets for large-scale user audiences • Experience supporting product experimentation environments • Familiarity with AI-powered creative workflows • Portfolio demonstrating presentation-first design expertise • Experience optimizing content based on engagement or performance metrics Performance Measurement • Quality and consistency of design output • Turnaround time and ability to meet experiment-driven deadlines • Effectiveness and performance of created templates and content • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and evolving design trends Salary Range At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members.
