This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Marshall Islands, Mali, Indiana (USA) This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 2000000 (ie INR 5-20 LPA) Min Experience: 4 years Location: Remote (India), Pune JobType: full-time We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer with strong hands-on expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data-driven problem solving. This role involves building, deploying, and scaling ML models that deliver measurable business impact, while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams. Requirements Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models using Python. • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define hypotheses, solutions, and expected outcomes. • Act as a subject matter expert in ML, AI, and statistical modeling, translating business problems into data-driven solutions. • Implement models across machine learning, optimization, neural networks, and NLP/NLU use cases. • Apply data engineering techniques to collect, clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis and AI automation. • Build and maintain data pipelines to support model training and inference. • Work with data from social media and external sources such as Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, and similar platforms. • Develop prototypes, PoCs, and MVPs to validate AI-driven solutions. • Generate actionable insights, predictions, and recommendations for stakeholders. • Deploy models into production and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability. • Mentor and guide junior team members on AI/ML best practices. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience as an AI/ML Developer or Data Scientist. • Strong understanding of machine learning and AI algorithms, including Linear & Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, KNN, Random Forests, Neural Networks, and NLP techniques. • Extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Spark ML. • 4+ years of programming experience with Python (mandatory); experience with R, Scala, or Go is a plus. • Solid experience using version control systems such as Git. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset. Good to Have • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG-based systems. • Exposure to microservices architectures and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. • Hands-on experience deploying and managing services on Kubernetes. • Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services such as SageMaker, Comprehend, Lex, Rekognition, Transcribe, Lambda, EKS, and S3. • Experience troubleshooting and supporting production ML systems. • Working knowledge of arenaflex/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools. Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
