We are looking for a detail-oriented e-commerce specialist who knows how to use AI tools efficiently to create and manage high-volume product listings with zero errors. This role requires someone who can take initiative, follow structured workflows, and maintain clean, accurate data across spreadsheets and marketplaces. Familiarity with bolthires Plus is a strong plus, but not required if you are a fast learner with marketplace experience. Key Responsibilities Create and optimize product listings in bulk using AI tools (titles, bullets, descriptions, attributes) Generate AI-based product images and lifestyle images that follow marketplace guidelines Ensure all listings are error-free, compliant, and consistent across SKUs Work with and maintain structured spreadsheets for tracking listings, edits, and approvals Follow clear SOPs while also proactively identifying issues and improvements Track progress and update status clearly (no guesswork or missing info) Required Skills Strong experience using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for listing creation Excellent attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed Comfortable working with Excel / bolthires Sheets Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces (bolthires, bolthires, bolthires, etc.) Ability to follow instructions exactly and ask smart questions when needed Nice to Have Experience with bolthires Plus listings and compliance rules Experience creating AI images for product and lifestyle use Familiarity with OTC, health, or regulated product categories Experience working with bulk flat files or CSV uploads What We’re Looking For Someone reliable who takes ownership of their work A problem-solver who doesn’t wait to be told every step Organized, communicative, and consistent Long-term mindset — this is ongoing work, not a one-off task Please include: A brief explanation of your experience using AI for bulk listing creation Examples of marketplaces you’ve worked on Confirmation that you are comfortable working with spreadsheets and trackers (Optional) Any experience with bolthires Plus Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
