About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrative & Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a busy day, solving problems, and supporting a team to work more efficiently.

You’ll play a key part in keeping things running smoothly — managing customer enquiries, supporting data entry into our CRM, and coordinating with suppliers. Every day will bring something new to learn, making this role ideal for someone who thrives on variety and challenge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transferring data from supplier databases into our CRM system
  • Learning to use and manage CRM tools effectively
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care
  • Communicating with suppliers to ensure smooth coordination
  • Supporting stock management and administrative processes
  • Assisting with general day-to-day office operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in hospitality or retail, ideally in a supervisory or administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and a natural ability to spot small mistakes or inconsistencies
  • Excellent communication skills – clear, confident, and empathetic when speaking with customers or colleagues
  • A problem solver who enjoys finding creative solutions and staying calm under pressure
  • Someone who values stability, growth, and learning new systems or processes

  • Ideally educated in business, marketing, or management
