THE POSITION: As an Administrative Assistant with the Cancer Freedom Program you will have the opportunity to use your unique skillset to complete incredibly meaningful and purpose filled work. THE ROLE: The Cancer Freedom Program is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support new and existing clients, help drive client retention, support marketing efforts, and further increase client results. This role is right for you if… • You have superior organizational skills and a keen eye for detail • You have a strong focus on results and are comfortable working independently. • You enjoy project management and are comfortable directing numerous moving parts • You guide people in a way that allows you to develop a strong bond (or sisterhood). • You are strong with technology to the point where you often guide those around you on how to use various tech tools. You are always looking to incorporate new technology and enjoy learning new software. • You love collecting data and metrics to drive your next move • You are detail oriented to ensure that the company and clients are fully supported and represented. • You consistently and clearly follow standard operating procedures. • You pick things up quickly and are a self starter who evolves your process over time for constant improvement. • You are able to represent our brand and have conversations with potential clients and contractors. Overall, your contribution allows our company to support more women in completely recovering from cancer. THE RESPONSIBILITIES: Have 20 hours per week available for the following tasks: • Create, organize and repurpose social media content • Communicate and direct social media editors and contractors • Monitor and support women within the community • Monitor and respond to incoming emails from potential sponsors, clients and existing clients • Answer specific client questions (via private community or email) with practical and straightforward answers so the client can apply and feel supported. • Respond to client inquiries and questions with confidence and clarity. • Integrate seamlessly with the coaching team to work collaboratively to further support client success. • Collect metrics and KPIs to report to Dr. Amy Morris THE REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum of 2 year experience as an administrative assistant or in customer support, (Ideally in a high growth, start up environment) • Enthusiasm for the Cancer Freedom Program’s mission and eagerness to join the sisterhood • Excellent organizational and time management skills with high level of attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal skills & track record of high customer satisfaction • Value continuous improvement and growth • Very well organized, structured, and efficient • Fluency in written and spoken English THE COMPENSATION: The Cancer Freedom Program is committed to providing competitive compensation and supporting work-life balance both within the company and outside of work.
