Job Purpose

The Admin Officer provides administrative and operational support to the People & Culture function at country level. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations through effective coordination of government-related transactions, cost control support, documentation audits, reporting, and office facilities management, while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in line with Floward’s policies and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Government & External Coordination

  • Handle government-related transactions, submissions, renewals, and follow-ups with relevant authorities.
  • Maintain accurate records and trackers to ensure timely compliance with local regulations and requirements.

Cost Control & Administrative Audits

  • Support the review and monitoring of telecom expenses to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain and update budget tracker sheets to support cost control and reporting.
  • Audit outsourced attendance records and contract documentation to ensure alignment with agreed terms and internal controls.

Reporting & Technical Support

  • Prepare comparisons, reports, summaries, and trackers using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of administrative reports and documentation.

Office & Facilities Support

  • Support office maintenance and general facilities coordination.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and uninterrupted office operations.

General Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the People & Culture function.
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth workflows.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role.
  • Experience handling government-related documentation is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
