We’re looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our US team, based in New York. This individual will lead PR within integrated marketing programs, ensuring the newsworthy storytelling is at the core of all client brand initiatives. Like all New Yorkers, you will have your finger on the pulse of cultural trends and a deep knowledge of the global media who call NY home too. This is an incredible opportunity to grow into one of the key media leadership roles within our agency.


The ideal candidate


Account Managers
are day-to-day programmatic leaders for the agency’s existing accounts and prospective clients.


You have mastered the art of strategic planning, anticipating client needs, and building long-lasting relationships that deliver creative, impactful results.


You’re comfortable building earned media strategies and content campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients, and know what it takes to tell stories that connect. You also understand how all the elements of a successful integrated campaign come together. As part of our PR/Communications team, you will work alongside our insights, GEO/SEO, paid, creative, and content teams. Together, you’ll manage relationships with clients – ensuring quality output, anticipating and managing expectations, maintaining satisfaction, spotting opportunities, and achieving objectives and goals. You will be the lynchpin in a busy press office.


The successful candidate will:


  • Excel at time and task management
  • Think and plan ahead, anticipating internal and external needs while proactively recommending strategic, creative solutions
  • Support new business development and proactively seek opportunities to expand the agency’s work with clients, through new services and/or geographies
  • Keep abreast of developments and innovations in key client industries, such as fintech, healthtech, AI, and enterprise SaaS
  • Maintain a genuine curiosity about innovations in both the technology and digital marketing field
